The most acute problem in the operation of the heat exchange and power equipment is the formation of deposits (scale), which leads to waste of energy, decrease of the capacity of the water system.

To combat such problems we developed UNIVERSAL means "SVOD-TVN" EXTRA for cleaning of heating systems and industrial installations from the iron oxide and calcium-carbonate deposits.

"SVOD-TVN" EXTRA it is presented as white substance which changes from dry to pasty conditions. On this basis prepare a 10% cleaning solution by dissolving the calculated amount of the product in water. These solutions are used for removal of calcium-carbonate and iron oxide deposits from the heating surfaces steam and hot water boilers turbine condensers, and pipelines of heat networks, heat exchangers and evaporators.

Suitable for copper, steel, stainless, aluminum surfaces.

The maximum activity of descaling is achieved at the temperature of the rinse solution 20-40 ºC. A must for the implementation of flushing is the provision of the duct of cleaning solution on all channels, passages and pipes of the washed equipment. After the descaling process, the equipment is rinsed with water. Additional passivation of the metal surfaces is not required.

"SVOD-TVN" EXTRA is a completely biodegradable chemical product and aqueous solutions based on it do not violate the mode of operation of sewage treatment plants.

Used washing solutions of "SVOD-TVN" EXTRA can be used for watering plants, as fertilizer, pre-neutralize them with soda ash. The result is a concentrated azotobacteria fertilizer.
